All items are sold AS-IS. Removal is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items are available for viewing by contacting the auction company--519-376-8317.
Valid credit card information is required for registration and may be used for security deposit purposes.
Invoices will be emailed after the conclusion of the auction on Saturday, April 30, 2016. Approved cheque with identification, bank draft, wire transfer, or debit is required for final settlement not later than 3:00p.m. EDT on Monday, May 2, 2016. Wire transfer information will be provided as necessary. Cheques & bank drafts should be made payable to Sydenham Auction & Appraisal Services Inc. and delivered to Rockford Auction Centre 103043 Grey Rd. 18, RR#4 Owen Sound, ON N4K 5N6. (5 kms. South of Owen Sound). Paid Invoice must be presented prior to removal of items.
Load out: Full payment for all items must be completed by Monday, May 2, 2016 @ 3:00 p.m. Eastern. Paid invoice must be presented prior to removal of items.
Pickup for items at Rockford Auction Centre (103043 Grey Rd. 18, RR#4 Owen Sound, ON) from Monday, May 2 to Friday, May 6, 2016 between 8:30a.m. & 4:00p.m. or by appointment. Forklift assistance will be available. Crane assistance, if needed, will be at the purchaser's expense.
