This is going to be a huge 3 ring auction.  Auction Conducted at Schmid Auction Center, 10 acre auction facility located 4 miles east of Effingham, IL or 1 miles east of Teutpolis, IL.  Also, it is 3.5 miles west of Montrose, IL on U.S. Hwy 40.

All item must be paid for on Wednesday Feb 14^th no exceptions!

Payments and deposits are accepted in the form of CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK OR WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS (3% additional fee on all credit and debt cards, COMPANY OR PERSONAL CHECKS.

All purchases must be paid for in full before the release of ANY merchandise is allowed.  Check-Out times will be the one day following the day of the sale from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

All items must be paid for on Wednesday Feb 14th no exceptions.  May be paid in person, cash, check or credit card.  Also, may be paid by wire transfer or credit card. 3 % fee on credit and debit cards.  If paying with a check must have a bank letter if you load that day.  Existing auction customers, local bidders and people known to the auction company will not be required to bring a letter of credit.

Open Houses to view items will be Tuesday Jan 16th 9am to 12noon and Thursday Jan 18th 1-4PM

Auction Company will be at the auction site 1101 Stevens Dr. Effingham, IL 62401 on Feb 14th 9:00am to 4PM to accept payment. 

Total Quality Warehouse will load heavy items with a fork lift on Wed Feb 14th, Thursday Feb 15th, Friday Feb 16th, Monday Feb 19th, Tuesday Feb 20th and the last day to load Wednesday Feb 21st.

No items may be checked out during the auction. The auctioneer will confirm hours of pickup. Any merchandise not removed within that time shall be deemed to have been abandoned by the purchaser and ownership thereof reverts to the seller. auctioneer as liquidating damages for the failure of the purchaser to comply with purchase agreement.

A 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to the purchase price of each lot purchased at the auction, and will be considered as commission paid to the auctioneer.

All articles are offered "AS IS. WHERE IS. WITH ALL FAULTS". Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied as to the marketability, correctness, description, fitness or condition of the property.

While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantizes given by the Auction Catalogue, Auctioneer, or other auction personnel is offered only as a guide. NO SALE SHALL BE INVALIDATED, AND AUCTIONEER HAS NO LIABILITY FOR A MISDESCRIPTION OF ANY ARTICLE OR LOT WHETHER DESCRIBED IN AN ARTICLE, AD, CATALOGUE OR OTHERWISE. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders are advised to inspect items prior to purchase. All announcements made on auction day shall take precedence over any previously announced advertisements or distributed information.

Seller will load heavy items with a fork lift.  Buyers will need their own manual labor for small items.

I attend this sale at my own risk, open house assume responsibility for my own safety during the auction and during removal of merchandise following the auction, and I agree that I release all liability from the auctioneer, seller and landlord.

This auction is being conducted pursuant to all local and state laws and regulations.

Breakage during checkout is BUYER'S responsibility.
