* Payment must be in U.S. Dollars.

*  Payment, including 18% Buyer’s Premium, is due within 24 hours of receipt of invoice. The Buyer's Premium for this auction is 18% of the final hammer price (not counting applicable sales tax).  A 1% discount will be given for all successful bidders who pay their invoice within 24 hours of its issuance!

 

* Valid State resale certificates must be on file with MNA prior to invoicing.  No exceptions.

* Any item/lot not removed by FRIDAY MARCH 22, 2019, shall be deemed to be abandoned.
* By placing a bid, bidder acknowledges and expressly assents to each of the terms and conditions of auction found on the MNA website and auction catalog.
