Credit/Debit Card Deposits: This auction will require a refundable credit or debit card deposit. Your credit/ debit card added through the Bidspotter.com fully secure and PCI compliant registration process will be assessed  $1000.00 deposit in order to be approved to bid within the auction. You will not be approved without your credit card entered at the stage of registration being assessed a refundable deposit of $1000.00.

 

Credit/ Debit Card Payment: Payments via credit card are accepted up to $10,000.00 final invoice total. Any invoice total larger than $10,000.00 must be paid by cash, wire transfer, money order, or certified check. Your deposit may be applied to your final invoice amount, even if your final invoice is larger than $1000.00.

WE WILL NOT SHIP FOR YOU. WE WILL NOT DO HANDLING. OBTAIN YOUR OWN RIGGER OR FREIGHT SERVICE.

No Merchandise may be removed until complete settlement has been made.

  1. All purchases shall be paid for in full on the day of the sale, unless a wire transfer is required. The wire transfer shall be sent no later than 7/12/19 by 3:00 PM.
  2. Purchases shall be paid for with cash, WV, PA or Ohio co. checks, credit card or wire transfer. Any other state checks will require bank letter of credit. Invoices up to $10,000.00 may be paid for with a company check. Invoices above $10,000.00 shall be paid for with a wire transfer.
  3. All items are sold as is where is and how is, with no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold.
  4. Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. Please examine items carefully before bidding as no refunds will be given.
  5. A buyer’s Premium of 15% in house and 18% online applies to all lots sold. 3% discount for cash or good check. 
  6. No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid.
  7. A properly stamped invoice, authenticated by our cashier, will be required by our check-out personnel in order that you may remove the items. Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention prior to removal from the property.               
  8. The auctioneers may remove items from the sale at their discretion.
  9. The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary.
  10. If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation, any-and-all court proceeding shall take place in Butler, Pa.16101.
  11. All machines are either disconnected at the plug or at the quick disconnect box, box not included.
  12. Anyone wishing to remove items for themselves using a forklift or crane must provide a one million dollar insurance policy naming Hartland Machinery Auctioneers as additional insured.
  13. Removal dates and times: Thursday after the end of the auction until 5:00 pm. Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Monday through Friday(7/15 - 7/19) 9 am to 4 pm. By appointment only for the weeks of 7/22-7/31.  Items not picked up by 07/31/19 at 4:00 will be considered abandoned, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
  14. Storage fees will apply for items picked up after 7/31/19 Call or see auctioneer for details. Additional $150 per day fee for checkout on the day you pick up.
  15. NSF or stop payment checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee
