- Removal will be scheduled based on the location of items purchased. Failure to remove items within the allocated deadline will result in additional fees and/or abandonment.

- SILO TANKS TO BE SCHEDULED AS SHOWN IN THE DESCRIPTION
- IME will contact Buyers based upon FIRST PAID and TYPE of LOAD
- This is an OLDER Facility with Major Machinery requiring INTERIOR and EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS. There is limited outside access, and most Loading will be at STREET LEVEL. Due to this fact, Preparation & Disconnect will be performed until FEBRUARY 7TH, with NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE until FEBRUARY 9TH
TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS:
- IME will provide Shipping Quotations to your destination upon request
- All Freight billings will be DUE UPON RECEIPT and the Load will not be scheduled until payment is received.

- Rigging prices are established for Domestic Shipping, Additional Costs will be Required for Container Loading or Export Crating

By registering and bidding, you agree that all purchases are made on an “as is, where is, with all faults” basis, without any warranties or guarantees from the Auctioneer or seller, and you are responsible for conducting any inspections before bidding. Failure to pay for or remove items on time may result in forfeiture, resale, storage charges, interest, and recovery of costs and legal fees.
