LIMITED WARRANTY: All electric and battery powered tools are warranted to be in working condition.
Buyers may test them “AT THE AUCTION SITE”, and if they are not in working order, the buyer will receive a refund. There will be NO WARRANTY once goods have been removed from the auction site.

Weekdays from Wednesday, Aug. 22 through Wednesday, Aug. 29, 8AM-5PM.

SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THIS AUCTION
- No article shall be removed unless paid in full.
- No item may be removed until the day after the auction (Aug. 22, 2018).
- All items must be removed by Aug. 29, 2018.
- Check-out will operate weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- ALL PAYMENTS shall be by way of WIRE TRANSFER OR E-TRANSFER (E-Transfer maximum of $1,000) in Canadian Dollars.
- Company and/or Personal Cheques will not be accepted.
- All bidding & invoicing will be in CANADIAN DOLLARS.
ALL BIDDERS will be required to pay 5% GST (federal sales tax) on their purchases.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (Buyers NOT from Canada) will be exempted from GST if, and ONLY IF THEY PRESENT AND LEAVE A VALID COPY OF THE BILL OF LADING AT THE AUCTION SITE.
NO GOODS PURCHASED BY INTERNATIONAL BUYERS CAN BE REMOVED WITHOUT THIS BILL OF LADING. If a copy of the Bill of Lading is unavailable FOR ANY REASON, the buyer must pay the GST prior to removal, and apply directly to the Canadian Tax Authority (Service Canada) for a tax rebate after the goods have been removed from Canada.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ON AS AS-IS WHERE-IS, “IN PLACE” “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS.
An 18% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all purchases.
