* IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INSPECTION AND REMOVAL *
**FOR REMOVAL, MANDATORY CLASS 3 HIGH VISIBILITY SAFETY APPAREL (HVSA) WILL BE ENFORCED. APPAREL INCLUDES: Steel Toe Footwear, Hard Hats with Retro-Reflective Tape, Safety Glasses, as well as 360Ā° HVSA Coveralls.
All assets must be removed no later than Friday, November 15 by appointment only.
For removal, Vale will provide a forklift with an operator to load all items on pallets. They will not be responsible for loading of any unpalletized lots. It will be the buyersā responsibility to make all arrangements required for loading items which cannot be loaded with a forklift and require specialized equipment such as, cranes, boom trucks and load vehicles.
Third party technical support with Vale Site access and training can be hired at the buyersā expense to assess equipment purchases with regards to loading and removals requirements.
Please note: Only transport that has been certified and pre-qualified with Vale may enter the site to remove items. The following companies have already been certified and can be contacted to arrange transportation for items purchased at the auction:

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 19% Buyers Premium will apply to On-line Bidders and Proxy Bidders at this sale. This sale will be conducted in CAD dollars (CAD).
INTERNET BIDDERS: Pre-Approval by the auctioneer will be required. All Internet Bidders require a deposit equal to 25% of their limit, plus the Buyer's Premium of 19% and must be made by Bank Wire Transfer. To ensure approval as a Bidder please make deposit arrangements as far in advance of the sale as possible.
PROXY BIDS: If you are unable to attend this sale we can act on your behalf. Contact our office at 416-962-9600 or visit our web site for more information on how to place a proxy bid, our Proxy Bid Policy and deposit requirements.
