By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.
-Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Zenke Auction & Realty, Inc. reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.
-A Buyer’s Premium of 10% plus Minnesota sales tax (6.875%) will be applied to all purchases. Sales tax will be charged on all items without tax exempt form, except any lots that have titles:
***We will not collect Minnesota sales tax on titled vehicles
-Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Visa or MasterCard (with additional 3.5% Convenience Fee applied). All Purchases must be paid to Zenke Auction and Realty, Inc on pick-up day prior to items being removed.

-Zenke Auction Realty Inc. is a licensed Minnesota auto-dealer. All Minnesota buyers will have to do Title transfer with us. Buyers will need to provide a current driver's license and proof of insurance.
Gun Buyers: Guns will be picked up at Tri-state Bait and Tackle, 103 Hillview Blvd, Lacrescent, MN, with $15 reg. fee, after paid invoice is picked up at Zenke Auction Realty, 11511 State Hwy 44, Caledonia, MN.
