All items are open for public inspection and it is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items for sale. Announcements made day of the sale take precedence over advertising but do not alter the terms and conditions of the sale.
A 2% buyer premium capped at $1,000.00 per lot will be applied to all internet purchases.
All internet purchases must be paid in full with all funds received by Wilson National LLC by Friday, December 7, 2018 by 5 p.m. Eastern Time ($30.00 added to sale total for wire transfer). Purchaser’s on site must pay in full day of sale.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, personal or company check, if accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
All items must be paid in full before removal from premises.
All items must be removed by December 21, 2017.
The recording of sale and sales records kept by auctioneer and clerk will be accepted as final.
If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail brandonwilson@wilnat.com with proper information to transfer title. Vehicles can be picked up immediately once payment is made. Titles will be transferred within 14 business days of sale and mailed to buyer’s. Titles will be guaranteed.
Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
