Terms of Sale 

 General On-line Registration Terms:

*Auction is subject to an en bloc sale prior to closing date.

Removal:  All items must be removed by Wednesday,  February 4th, 2026 

* Auctioneers Note- Forklift will be available to assist with removal 

 -For first time bidders, a 25% deposit of expected total bid or minimum $1000 refundable deposit by credit card, email transfer or Wire Transfer only. There is a 2% charge on all credit card transctions.

- Cashier’s Cheques/Drafts to be made payable to Tradewest Asset Solutions Inc.

- Email leah@tradewestsales.com for EFT, Wire Transfer and other banking Information.

Buyer’s Premium: 18% 

 All Items Sold ‘As Is’ ‘Where Is’. All Sales Final. While quantities and descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneers, owners, employees, or counsel make no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied as to the authenticity, genuineness of, or defects in any lot, and will not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies, verbal or written descriptions.  No Warranties whatsoever are made as to condition, merchantability or fitness for use of any item. Please take advantage of the preview and inspection period.

All riggers or contractors doing any cutting or hot work must provide copies of liability insurance and WCB.
