Most states require collection of sales tax on machinery purchases unless buyer can furnish a valid sales and use tax exemption number from your state. NOTE: Some states do not accept out of state direct pay permits.

If you do not want sales tax added to your account, please have your number available at time of checkout on the day of sale.

Items purchased that require a title or registration certificate must be paid for by cash or certified check the day of sale, otherwise all titles and registration certificates will be mailed to the purchaser (10) days after payment is received. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse to issue a bidders card. Auctioneers make no guarantee or warranties, expressed or implied. The brochure and web page is a guide only. Please inspect the equipment prior to purchase and use your own judgment when making a purchase.
