REGISTRATION:

All bidders must register 24 hours in advance to participate in the auction. A full disclosure of name, entity, address, and residency must be disclosed for approval.

WARRANTY:

The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale shall be set aside nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. NO DEDUCTION ALLOWED ON DAMAGED ARTICLES, ALL ARTICLES BEING EXPOSED FOR PUBLIC EXHIBITION, AND SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT RECOURSE. ARTICLES ARE NOT WARRANTED AS MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NO CLAIM MAY BE MADE BY PURCHASER RELATING TO THE CONDITION OR USE OF ARTICLES PURCHASED, OR FOR PROXIMATE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING THEREFROM.

ALL EQUIPMENT SOLD AS USED SURPLUS IN UNKNOWN CONDITION. IF FAILURE OR LOSS OCCURES PR39 WILL BE HELD HARMLESS.

INVOICES / PAYMENTS:

Invoices will be sent out within 24 hours after the completion of the auction. The balance in full must be received no later than 24 hours after the buyer has received his/her invoice. All payments must be received in cash, approved credit card, certified funds, or wire transfers.

TAXES:

A 6% state of Michigan sales tax will be included on each buyers invoice. In order to receive tax exemption we will need to receive the State of Michigan sales tax exemption certificate.

 RESERVE:

The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On all  lots the auctioneer has the right to bid on behalf of the seller.

BUYERS PREMIUM:

A 15% buyers premium will be added to the final purchase of each lot.

REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

PAID IN FULL INVOICES ONLY WILL BE PERMITTED TO BEGIN REMOVAL AS SOON AS WEDNESDAY FEB 13, BEGINNING AT 9AM EDT. 

PR39 Industries is the exclusive Rigger / Packer / Shipper 

All items MUST be removed by or before 2 WEEKS after the FIRST DAY OF PICKUP - FEBRUARY 27, 2019. Each buyer is required to call ahead and make an appointment for removal of any item.

For items requiring assistance with use of a forklift for loading, an additional fee will be charged of $50 per lift. All loading fees must be paid on site and prior to removal. This includes but is not limited to loading items onto a truck for freight shipment. 

PACKING / PALLETIZING / CRATING / HANDLING:

PR39 can package and ship items at the request of the buyer at the additional cost to the buyer. PRICING SHOWN BELOW PLEASE READ

CRATING/PALLETIZING PRICING:

-       CRATE/GAYLORD - $250 (MATERIAL/PACKAGING)

-       PALLETIZING - $50 (PALLET/SECURING ITEMS TO PALLET) **THIS FEE IS REDUCED TO $25 IF ITEMS ARE SHOWN ON A PALLET ON THE LISTING**

GROUND SHIPMENT PACKAGING PRICING:

-       $10/BOX ANY BOX SMALLER THAN 12X12X12 (INCLUDES PACKING MATERIAL)

-       $25/BOX ANY BOX LARGER THAN 12X12X12 (INCLUDES PACKING MATERIAL)

For any international shipment the buyer will be solely responsible for all documentation as well as taxes, duties, customs fees. PR39 can provide weight and dimensions as well as Packing / Palletizing / Crating as previously stated.

REMOVAL DEFAULT:

If lots are not picked up 2 weeks after February 13, 2019, they will resolve in a total forfeiture and abandonment of their items.

 ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVED ON OR BEFORE 5PM FEBRUARY 27, 2019 WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED
