PREVIEW DATES and TIMES: Friday, October 7, Saturday, October 8, and Sunday, October 9
10 a.m. - 3 p.m. each day

PICK UP DATES and TIMES: Items located at 5763 Linden Road, Rockford, IL.
Thursday, October 20th, Friday, October 21st and Saturday, October 22nd - 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. each day
Any items not picked up by Saturday, October 22nd shall be forfeited by the buyer and will no longer be
considered their property. However; the bidder shall still be responsible for the hammer price of the
items, the Internet Premium and 8.25% IL Sales Tax. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Special Terms:
Your bid along with these terms creates a legal binding contract between you, United Country Northern
Illinois Realty & Auction, DeKalb, IL and United Jones Auction & Realty, Watertown, WI.
A valid credit card is required to register to bid. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
We, United Country Northern Illinois Realty & Auction and United Jones Auction & Realty, will assess the
card on file a $2,500 fully refundable deposit that you selected at the point of auction registration. If
you would like to use a different card or payment method for the full invoice payment post auction,
please call us at (920) 261-6820 within 24 hours of the auction closing date, otherwise your card on file
will be charged. If you are unsuccessful in the auction, your card will be refunded of your deposit within
24 hours post auction.
Online bidding only auction. Bidding closes over the course of two days, Monday, October 17 and
Tuesday, October 18, 2016. All items sell As Is, Where Is, No guarantee or warranty, No exceptions.
No items released for pick up until payment is made in full with cleared funds.

Payment Options are: Preferred method of payment is bank wire transfer; (a $20 bank wire transfer fee
will be added to your invoice). Contact United Jones Auction & Realty at (920) 261-6820 for wire transfer
instructions.

Additional Payment Options: Cash, Certified Check, Visa and MasterCard accepted for purchases up to
$5,000. 3% convenience fee added to Visa and MasterCard purchases.
No personal checks accepted.
Payments by cash or certified check will be accepted when picking up your items.
Credit card purchases at the close of the auction only. No credit cards processed at pickup.
10% Internet Premium with 3% convenience fee for Visa and MasterCard purchases, and 8.25% Illinois
Sales Tax applies.

Tax Exempt bidders are required to submit a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate to United Jones
Auction & Realty, 818 North Church St, Watertown, WI office prior to the close of the auction. If not on
file, applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice. You may fax your certificate to (920) 261-6830 or

Bidding will close over two days, ending Monday, October 17 and Tuesday, October 18, 2016.
Successful bidders are responsible to contact United Jones Auction & Realty at (920) 261-6820
within 24 hours of the end of the auction to verify method of payment.
You will receive an invoice at the close of the auction sent to the email address used to register.
You will be invoiced for your purchase, the 10% Internet Premium and 8.25% Illinois Sales Tax.
Buyer is responsible for the complete removal of buyers purchase. Buyer accepts full responsibility for
any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on pick up premises.
Seller, auctioneers and buyer expressly agree that the buyer is responsible for and agrees to indemnify
the seller, auctioneers and their respective affiliates for any and all damages (whether based on
contract, tort, warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, and including special,
incidental and consequential damages), losses, expenses, attorney's fees, court cost, etc. that arise out
of or result from the removal, possession or use of any items purchased at auction, or any other claim
regarding the use or possession of any asset purchased at auction.

Auctioneers and seller expressly disclaim and exclude the implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the usefulness and value of each
item. Any statement in the description regarding the items to be sold should be considered a guide and
a guide only. Any error in description does not relieve the buyer or his/her agent of their
responsibilities.
We make every effort to provide complete and accurate descriptions of all items offered. You are
responsible for your own inspection during scheduled preview dates. No warranty of quality, condition,
merchantability, or fitness for intended use is given. All information contained in any advertising is
believed to be true and correct to the best of our knowledge and ability, but is not guaranteed.
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at the time of purchase. Buyer assumes all risk
of loss or damage while equipment is on our premises or in our possession.
Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any kind of claim against United Country Northern Illinois
Realty & Auction, United Jones Auction & Realty, the seller, or anyone else if the internet service fails to
work correctly.

All items are offered for sale to qualified purchasers without regard to prospective purchaser's race,
color, sex, marital status, religion or national origin.
