A maximum of 10 people will be allowed in the building at one time and groups wanting to inspect lots together will be limited 3 people or less. Sanitary precautions will be in place upon arrival which includes mandatory masks as per provincial guidelines and must be worn on the premises at all times. During these unprecedented times we all are currently trying to best navigate, many auction businesses have had to make swift, business jolting changes to the way they conduct auctions. While we at GD Auctions undoubtedly have had to make major changes in the way we complete viewings, payments and check out of our online auctions, the way we conduct our auctions and complete the selling process remains unchanged, that is Unreserved Timed Online Auctions. Below are the specific terms and conditions changes that we have had to make in response to the Covid-19 restrictions.

PAYMENTS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED- All payments are due in full by 4PM June 16, 2021. All payment must be made online by credit card to a max of $25,000 following the link in the email, EFT, wire transfer or via credit card authorization form. Please note we are UNABLE to accept E-transfers. To request a credit card authorization form please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email all EFT and Wire Confirmations to email@example.com.
Item loadout will be occurring Wednesday June 16th, and Thursday June 17th. Once your invoice is paid in full, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to book an appointment.

***BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADOUT AND REMOVAL***
All costs, responsibility and risk of removal of the lot including but not limited to dismantling, loading and moving is the Buyer’s responsibility. GD Auctions where available will assist with loading smaller items. Liability of any damage to any items as a result of assistance in loading, is waived upon acceptance of GD Auctions’s assistance with loading. Purchasers also reserve the right to refuse assistance.
Last day for removal, of all lots in their entirety is 4PM Thursday, June 17th, 2021, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any items not removed/picked up by 4:00 PM on June 17, 2021 will be considered abandoned. Once an item is deemed abandoned it becomes the responsibility of GD Auctions and should GD Auctions incur any waste and/or removal costs due to customers not removing their lots entirely, those removal costs will be billed to the winning bidders account.
A copy of a paid invoice must be presented at time of removal.
**NOTE** The address that you provide upon sign up with GD Auctions must match the address used for billing on your credit card, or the payment will not be accepted.
