TERMS OF SALE –

 

1). Sale is contingent on approval from the US Bankruptcy Court of Northern Illinois.

2). Opening Bid is $100,000.

3). Bid Increments of $5,000

4). Auction ends at 5:00 p.m. December 12th, 2017

5). Successful Bidder will enter into a real estate contract immediately at the conclusion of the auction.

6). Successful bidder will provide an earnest money down-payment in the amount of 15% of the gross purchase price within 10 days of the close of the auction.

7). Earnest Money will held by the attorney for the Seller, HolmstromKennedy, PC, 800 N. Church St., Rockford, Illinois 61103
