FORKLIFT LOADING

Danbury will be holding back forklifts to assist in loading customers free of charge.  This free service will include bringing all skidded items to the dock (and if possible) loading it onto the customers commercial truck or trailer. 

We can load cube vans through the ground level door by placing the items on the back of the truck.  The bidder must then use a pump truck from that point.

We will NOT load pickup trucks, passenger, or cargo vans 

PALLET JACKS

Due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19 we will not allow the use of communal pallet jacks or dollies – customers MUST bring their own equipment 

PACKING & RIGGING

If an item you are bidding on is not shrink wrapped or skidded – it will still be the responsibility of the Bidder (not the auction company) to prepare these items for loading.  Bring your own shrink wrap / banding / etc. where needed. Once your item(s) is secure, we will then lift it with the forklift.

 The forklifts onsite have weight restrictions of about 5,000lbs, if your item requires a heavy machinery mover or rigging services, the Bidder will still be responsible for making their own arrangements. Scott from Trade-Mark Industrial is available to assist and can be reached at stilley@tmi.ca

A Valid Credit Card is required to obtain a bidding number. You must use a credit card when registering for the sale in order to receive approval to bid. We will run a PURCHASE up to $1,000 in order to approve you for bidding.

CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A METHOD OF FINAL PAYMENT UNLESS YOU ATTEND THE AUCTION SITE(CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS LIMITED TO $5,000). Bidders not attending the site must pay by wire transfer.

Everything will be sold to the highest bidder, in accordance with the Auctioneers customary "Terms of Sale", copies of which will are posted online and subject to ADDITIONAL TERMS LISTED ON THE BIDSPOTTER.COM PAGE. All items will be sold "as-is", "where-is", without any warranties, expressed or implied. Although obtained from sources deemed reliable, the Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the items on which they intend to bid prior to the sale. Absolutely no items will be removed before the conclusion of the sale and payment is made in full. Buyers Premium for this sale will be 15% and there are no exceptions. All applicable taxes will apply.
