PAYMENT / BUYER'S PREMIUM:  All Successful Bids are charged a 15% Buyer's Premium (followed by sales tax, if applicable), resulting in the total invoice.  All Invoices must be paid-in-full by 12:00 (PM) Noon EDT on Thursday, October 25th, and before removing any item … by Cash / Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) / Pre-Approved Company Check (No Personal Checks) or Wire Transfer ...  Payments OVER $2,500 payable ONLY by CASH, CERTIFIED FUNDS or WIRE TRANSFER (15% Buyer's Premium charged, regardless of payment type).

SALES TAX on NEW PARTS ONLY:  7.25% Sales Tax (total local sales tax rate) will be Charged Only on NEW Parts Inventory!  NO Sales Tax on the remaining Equipment and Furnishings used in their everyday operation.  If exempt from paying Sales Tax, you MUST submit your OH Resale Tax Certificate - email to ddaco@att.net or fax 413-778-6310 - BEFORE conclusion of auction. 

INVOICE:  You will receive an invoice via email from BidSpotter.com after conclusion of auction ... bring this invoice and your form of payment to the location site, to pay before removal ... or if you prefer, send an email to ddaco@att.net - (immediately) after conclusion of auction requesting a link to pay online. 

PIECEMEAL BIDDING:  Piecemeal Bidding is in effect - READ for how many times (x) the money (your Bid) each lot is selling, when indicated, for example: (1 x Bid) or (10 x Bid).

REMOVAL *:  THURSDAY & FRIDAY, October 25 & 26, 2018, 9am - 4pm EDT each day (only).

* Additional time will be given for dismantling and removal of Paint Booth, Air Compressors, and Boiler System. 

WE DO NOT SHIP:  Disassembling, Packing, Palletizing, Shipping and Loading is the Buyer’s responsibility … a Fork Lift will be on-site to assist with loading (no charge).  Using other powered equipment to remove items may require a certificate of insurance. 

KEEP IN MIND:  You are only bidding on the Lot / Item(s) as described ... Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled (2) Inspections: TUESDAY, October 23, 2018, 10am - 2pm EDT & WEDNESDAY, October 24, 2018, 10am - 12noon EDT -  Do not bid on any Lot / Item(s) if you are uncertain of condition - Make NO Assumptions!

The Seller / Auctioneer reserves the right to change and/or withdraw from sale any items (lots) listed in catalog.

All Bidders / Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller / Auctioneer, and their agents / representatives, from and against all liability from participation in and/or purchase of items from this online-only auction and/or removal of items from the location site.
