After the untimely death of the owner of this well respected large metal fabrication company, the family has contracted with us to liquidate the machinery, equipment, vehicles, and inventory of Babco, Inc. This is very nice, well maintained, late model equipment and machinery. This auction will be conducted on location at the facility on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 starting at 10:00am. The auction will be held LIVE with onsite and online bidding available.
Sales tax is 7% Sales tax will be waived with a completed E-595E certificate of exemption. Sales tax not charged on titled vehicles.

All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible but do not warranty anything other than clear title. We have taken pictures to show everything possible. Buyer is responsible for removeal of the items and 5% buyers premium.per item on sale. Items need to be removed from the facility by July 23rd if forklist assistance is needed. Large items that need to be rigged can be picked up by appointment July 23rd through August 4th.. All items sold AS IS. If we know something is wrong we will announce it.
Payment Methods.
Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidders. All wires must be complete by 5pm Friday July 24th, 2020. 7% sales tax charged unless you have presented proper NC sales 595E tax exemption forms.
If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information to transfer the title. The vehicle must be paid for by 5 pm July 24th and can be picked immediately up upon payment. Titles will be transfered upon guarantee of funds. Titles will be guaranteed. No titles may be left open.
