This is a United States Federal Bankruptcy Auction of a metal fabrication company in Tarboro, NC that specialized in machinery fabrication, sheet metal, structural steel, repairs, etc. This is a very large facility that includes a press brake, shears, roll formers, bandsaws, welding machines, & shop.
THIS AUCTION WILL BE HELD LIVE ON SITE ON TUESDAY, JULY 23, 2019 STARTING AT 10:00AM. ONLINE BIDDING WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE ON SELECT PIECES OF THE LARGE EQUIPMENT & MACHINERY.
TERMS - All of the items are being sold "as is, where is". The items are being sold "free and clear" of all liens. All shipping, packing, and crating is the responsibility of the Buyer. A 5% online bidding fee is charged for online bidding. Load out will be July 23rd after the sale until 4:30 and July 24th from 8 till 4 for all itmes that do not have to be rigged. Items that have to be rigged will be scheduled for July 30th if possible and scheduled through Mike at 252-916-1005. ALL ITEMS THAT HAVE TO BE RIGGED HAVE TO BE OUT BY JULY 31ST. A forklift will be available to help load smaller items on the 23rd and 24th.

All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible but do not warranty anything other than clear title. We have taken all side pictures to show everything possible. All small items moved the July 23rd after the auction and July 24th 8 till 4. Rigged items can be scheduled through Mike 252-916-1005 and HAVE TO BE OUT BY JULY 31ST.

Payment Methods.
Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidders.
If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information to transfer the title. The vehicle must be paid for within the 48 hours and can be picked immediately up upon payment. Titles will be transfered upon guarantee of funds. Titles will be guaranteed. No titles may be left open.
