Auctioneers Terms and Conditions
By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.
Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Auction House reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.
A 15% Buyers Premium will be applied to all purchases. An additional 3% handling fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions. Local Sales Tax may apply.
All purchases must be paid in full on 10/18 by 4PM PDT. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed from their location at 4651 E. Airport Dr., Ontario, CA 91761 by October 24, 2017 at 2PM PDT. Warehouse loading hours are as follows: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 2 PM PDT; the warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday. All items not picked up by October 24, 2017 at 2PM PDT are considered "abandoned" and become property of Cornerstone Equipment Management, Inc.
