Terms and Conditions for Aug 26 2017

Class and Custom Auction

  • All items must be paid for in full by 5PM Day of Sale
  • We will accept Cash, Credit Card, Pre-Approved Bank Check
  • There will be a 10% Buyers Premium on all sales paid in cash or check on site
  • There will be a 13% Buyer's Premium on all sales paid with credit card on site
  • There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium on all On Line sales
  • Removal will be from end of sale until 4 pm on day of sale.  Sunday 27th from 9AM until 4PM.  Monday the 28th till Thursday the 31st by appointment
  • Buyers are responsible for removal of all items.  Forklift will be available upon request with possible fee?
  • If Electric is required to be removed, a licensed electrician should be consulted prior to disconnect
  • Once items are purchased they are yours we are not responsible for theft or missing items after the sale
  • Online buyers are required to pick up items purchased on site.  We will be responsible for shipping.  If items require shipping, it must be arranged by buyer an agent working with buyer
  • All items are sold as is / where is.
