MN State Sales Tax will be added to all Auctions. If you are tax exempt, you MUST bring a copy of Minnesota ST3 form (or your state's tax exempt form) to each load-out in order to have tax removed from your purchase - No Exceptions. When and where State Sales Tax is applicable it will be invoiced on top of the sale price plus buyer's premium since the buyer's premium is considered part of the sales price in accordance with state law.

Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash up to $5,000, Cashiers Check or Money Order up to $2,500. No out-of-state cashier checks or money orders accepted unless prior approval. Wire Transfers are required for purchase over $2500 total if not paying in cash. A fee of $25 will be added for wire transfers. 3% fee added for credit cards.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to non-payment of an invoice, bidders may be reinstated at the discretion of Bid-Master Auctions for a reinstatement fee of $50 has been paid to Bid-Master Auction. Invoiced items are considered abandoned and will not be given out as this penalty fee is punitive and meant to deter no-show bidders.
