Inspection: Friday 1/22, Monday 1/25 - Wednesday 1/27 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm each day.
Removal: Removal will be by appointment only. Once auction is completed buyers will be given an assigned pick-up time.
Removal times will be Friday, January 29th 9am - 4pm and Monday, 2/1 - Thursday 2/4 from 9am - 4pm.
Shipping is available for additional fee. There is also a $100. pallet fee for shipped items per pallet.
If you plan to coordinate shipping on your own we need bill of lading emailed to us before pick-up. We can provide specs if needed for shipper. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 2/5/2021

Auctioneer's Terms and Conditions
By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.
Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Auction House reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.
For online bidders, an 18% Buyers Premium will be applied to all purchases. There is a 3% Buyers Premium discount for cash. Local Sales Tax may apply.
All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed by date specified for specific auction.
Acceptable forms of payment include Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee).
Auction House makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. Auction House is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise.
Please inspect all items before bidding. Auction House makes no warranty, expressed or implied. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items for sale. All sales are FINAL. All goods are sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS”.
The record of sales kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final.

Your credit / debit card added through the Bidspotter.com fully secure and PCI compliant registration process will be assessed a $200.00 preauthorization in order to be approved to bid within the auction. You will not be approved without your credit card entered at the stage of registration being assessed a refundable preauthorization hold of $200.00
Credit / Debit Card Payments: Payments via credit card are accepted up to 100% of final invoice total. Your deposit will be applied to your final invoice amount.
Your preauthorization hold will be released back within 24 hours after the sale.
