Terms of sale:

Bidders will be responsible for a 10% “Buyers Premium” that will be added to their bill of sale.

NYS Sales tax:

Buyers who are not moving the equipment outside of NYS, are required to pay the 8% Rochester NY sale tax, unless they present a current NYS use or re-sale tax exemption number. Buyers who are moving the equipment outside of NYS, must present us a Bill of Lading from a Commercial Carrier, and it is up to the buyer to pay the Sales Tax in their own State. No Exceptions !.

Payment of purchased equipment:

All assets must be paid in full by August 2nd via Certified Bank Check Or Wire Transfer, If you are the successful buyer,  Email us at andersonauctioneers71@gmail.com and we will send you instructions and account info to pay by wire transfer.

Pre-Sale Inspection of the equipment:

We will be “On Site” at PrintRoc Located at 620 South Ave. Rochester NY , on  July 22^nd  from 10am till 2pm for your inspection of the assets being offered at “Absolute no Reserve Auction.

Removal of equipment:

  Small equipment can be removed between    August 2^nd thru August 5^th 10am till 4pm. The several larger equipment systems can be removed, by appointment, after your account is settled, between August 2nd and August 28th. Call Chuck Anderson at 716-864-2855 for details.

All assets will we sold without Reserve, free and clear with good title.  Removal of the larger items, must be conducted by Insured commercial riggers, of your choice.  A better option might be that, a local commercial rigger who moved most of the heavy equipment into the facility, will be available for removal quotes.   All items sold AS-Where-Is No Warranty Expressed or Implied! All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection on July 28^th 10am till 2pm for your inspection.. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. American Industrial Auctioneering Co.
