Description
Swiftpack model Swiftcount SP12 Panc tablet/capsule counter. Serial number M1696. Year 1996. Automatic 12 track counter for packaging of tablets, caplets or soft/hard capsules. Speeds of 10 to 60 containers per minute, depending on materials and application. Tablet diameter range: 2.5mm to 22mm (can go up to 25mm with correct tooling). Container size range: 25mm to 100mm diameter x 40mm to 200mm high (with correct change parts). 316 Stainless Steel contact parts. Microprocessor controls eliminates miscounts, with count, batch size, bottle indexing, product scan time, pre-count and speed set back memorized for instant recall on up to 100 products. Product feed hopper. Integrated control panel. Primary and secondary feed vibrators. Discharge funnel. Sealed electronic count heads. Control system for product gate assemblies/product indexing.
