In no event shall Baker Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All internet bidders shall be registered 24 hrs prior to start time.
PAYMENT: Payment instructions: Wire transfer of US funds only, will be accepted on Monday, October 31st to be completed by 2:00 PM MST by contacting Baker Auction @ 208-739-8750.
