Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Item Pickup & Forfeiture Policy All auction items must be picked up within the time frame listed in the auction. Buyers have three (3) days to pick up items: Wednesday through Friday. Out-of-state buyers: Shipping can be coordinated with our office. Out-of-state buyers will have the following week to arrange pickup or shipping. Failure to pick up items within the 3-day pickup window and/or failure to communicate with our office will result in forfeiture of items with NO refund. No exceptions. Please be mindful that we are not a storage facility. We are open daily. Items that are not picked up may be re-entered into auction or placed back on the sales floor at our discretion.
