Credit/Debit Card Deposits: This auction will require a refundable credit or debit card deposit. Your credit/ debit card added through the Bidspotter.com fully secure and PCI compliant registration process will be assessed $1000.00 deposit in order to be approved to bid within the auction. You will not be approved without your credit card entered at the stage of registration being assessed a refundable deposit of $1000.00.
Credit/ Debit Card Payment: Payments via credit card are accepted up to $10,000.00 final invoice total. Any invoice total larger than $10,000.00 must be paid by cash, wire transfer, money order, or certified check. Your deposit may be applied to your final invoice amount, even if your final invoice is larger than $1000.00.
- Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. Please examine items carefully before bidding as no refunds will be given.
- A buyer’s Premium of 10% in house and online applies to all lots sold.
- No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid.
- The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary.
- If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation, any-and-all court proceeding shall take place in Butler, Pa.16101.
- Anyone wishing to remove items for themselves using a forklift or crane must provide a one million dollar insurance policy naming Hartland Machinery Auctioneers as additional insured.
- NSF or stop payment checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee
- Winning bid subject to seller approval.
- Upon winning bid, a $50,000 non-refundable deposit is required. The only reason for refund is seller will not approve winning bid, or failure to produce clear and marketable title.
- Closing within 45 days, upon clear and marketable title. No financing contingencies.
