1. No items can be removed until payment is received IN FULL by BTD Industries Inc. Auction Group. You must have a PAID IN FULL invoice before any removal can begin – NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. No items can be removed during the auction.
3. Buyers are required to ensure the removal of their purchased items safely and within the deadline outlined for that sale. Failure to do so can result in fines and/or abandonment of lots with no further recourse.
4. All items removed must be verified by signature on our site invoice by the buyer or a representative.

6. Valid insurance coverage evidencing at least $5,000,000 including workers compensation is required to be provided to BTD Industries Inc. by any Riggers prior to them beginning work onsite.
7. As a courtesy to our buyers we often provide contact for Riggers that have worked on our sites before. BTD Industries Inc. Auction Group is in no way responsible for any damages or issues incurred by such companies.
8. We ask all our Buyers and Riggers to always maintain a safe and professional work environment and leave work areas clean upon completion removal.
9. Removal times are typically weekdays between 8am and 4pm but will be posted ahead of each individual sale.
10. Coordinating the removal of all items purchased and all associated costs are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
11. If applicable, items must be safely and properly disconnected from electrical, gas, water and/or air lines by a licensed professional, conforming to all safety and professional standards/codes. Any floor bolts must be sheared flush to the floor. Safety barriers must be erected around existing pits or holes in the floor. Any existing holes in roof, walls or floor must be properly and safely capped with appropriate material and weather sealant. Any property damage caused by removal must be repaired. The work area is required to be left in a clean and orderly condition with no debris remaining. Removal must be conducted safely under the supervision of the Auctioneers staff members (if applicable) or another premises representative. Any unsafe removal work will be stopped immediately at the Buyer’s expense.

2. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and lie at the purchaser’s risk. No warranties or guarantees whatsoever. BTD Industries Inc. Auction Group in no way represents the workability, condition, or use of an item. Bidders are encouraged to physically view the items prior to bidding to do their own determination.
3. All sales are “FINAL”, no refunds, no returns.
4. The listing catalogue is meant merely as a guide. The Auctioneer believes the descriptions contained herein to be correct but makes no warranty in connection therewith. Descriptions shall not be relied on for accuracy or completeness. Bidders/Buyers shall be deemed to have inspected all items sold at Auction ("Items") before bidding and to have relied solely on their own inspections and investigations. Auctioneer and seller shall not be liable for any inaccurate description of any Item or lot whether contained in a catalogue, advertisement or otherwise.
5. The items will close in the order listed on Bidspotter. This Auction will feature automatic bid extension, which will grant a two (2) minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last two (2) minutes. The item will close when two (2) minutes have elapsed without any bidding activity. All internet bids are treated as if they were given at a live auction. All Bidders will be held accountable for their internet bids. Your internet bids are a contract, you are responsible for honoring them.
6. BTD Industries Inc. Auction Group shall not be liable if, for any reason, the websites are unavailable at any time or for any period. On rare occasions, website access may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair, or other factors beyond the control of the auctioneer. If an issue of this nature occurs, we reserve the right to re-list or adjust bidding periods on effected auction.
7. The Auctioneer has the right to delete, remove or alter lots prior to or during the sale.
8. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any applicant the privilege of bidding on the auction and may revoke such privilege at any time.
9. In any case of any dispute the Auctioneers decision shall be final.
10. If the Auctioneer is unable to provide an Item sold to a Buyer due to fire, theft or any other reason whatsoever, the Auctioneer shall reimburse Buyer for all monies paid to the Auctioneer in respect of the Item and the Auctioneer shall have no further liability to Buyer arising from or relating to such loss, including without limitation, any damages or loss of profits.
11. Buyers are strictly forbidden to send any unaccompanied third-party customers onto sellers property for the sole purpose of items for possible resale.
12. The Buyer is required to remove all items in the lots purchased by the removal deadline. If the buyer does not remove an item within the stated removal period, the Auctioneer and the Seller may, at their sole discretion, deem the Asset to have been abandoned by the Buyer and the Buyer will have no further rights with respect to the Asset.
13. Any extensions to the Removal Deadline must be approved in writing by BTD Industries Inc. Auction Group. Buyers who do not remove their items completely by Removal Deadline will be charged a storage fee of $50 per lot per day, this fee must be paid in full before the items will be released. Items which are not picked up after 10 days of storage will be considered abandoned and Buyer's items will be subject to sale in order to repay storage and/or disposal charges.
14. Some lots carry a LOT LOADING FEE, see specific lots for details. Seller will ONLY load on to APPROPRIATE transport vehicles. BTD Industries and the seller/ loader are in no way responsible or liable for load securement or damage caused by load securement even if the carrier is a third party to the buyer.
15. BTD Industries Inc. Auction Groups on site associates are not obligated to assist you with the loading, removal or preparation of your items. Please come prepared.
16. Buyers acknowledge and are aware that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Electrical circuits and cables may be live. Hazardous, pressurized, and corrosive substances and materials are often present. Heavy machinery may be in use at any given time, in any given area. Any person/s entering the auction site before, during or after the day of sale are deemed to do so at their own risk and are fully aware of all or the above, also acknowledging the condition of the premises, all activities taking place on the premises and the conduct of third parties. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to advise all their agents and/or employees of the aforementioned. No claims shall be made against the Auctioneer, his agents or employees for damages to or loss of property, or for any injuries sustained from any cause whatsoever.
