RIGGING: Rigging is also at Winning Bidders's own expense, risk and liability. A certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00 naming Silicon Valley Auction Service as additional insured entities must be presented to Silicon Valley Auction Service for all heavy rigging requiring the use of forklifts, cranes, etc. whether performed by the Winning Bidder or a rigging company. Winning Bidder shall restore and repair all real and personal property that is altered or damaged as a result of Winning Bidder's removal of the purchased items. Silicon Valley Auction Service has the right to reduce or eliminate these requirements at its sole discretion.

All attendees must also sign a waiver for Fagerroos Engineering Inc and Silicon Valley Auction Service in order to pick up their items and attend the preview.
Buyer is responsible for arranging rigging, pallatizing, and shipping company for their winning items. We do not provide staff or refer companies to make these arrangements. If you are picking up your items in person, please bring any necessary assistants to load your items.

Payment is by credit/debit card and we will use the credit/debit card the buyer used to register with Bidspotter for payment UNLESS arrangements are made for a different method of payment within 24 hours of the end of the auction. The maximum amount you may charge on your debit/credit card is $5,000.00. Invoices with amounts due over $5,000.00 will need to be paid by wire transfer or ACH payment. CHARGEBACKS: As a condition to registration and bidding, Buyer agrees that Buyer will not, under any circumstance, initiate a chargeback to Buyer's credit card. Buyer further agrees that Buyer is waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between Buyer and Buyer's credit card company. Should a chargeback be initiated by Buyer, these terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of Buyer's waiver of any chargeback rights. All sales are final.
NON-PAYMENT: If any Buyer fails to pay their invoice in full within the time herein specified, Silicon Valley Auction Service will have the right to resell your winning lots.
