All buyers need to furnish all resale certificates and Texas resale exemption forms if dealers. All out of state buyers who are not dealers must furnish bills of lading from a common carrier to not be charged sales tax. All export buyers must furnish dock receipts and bills of lading to not pay sales tax. The State of Texas will issue Farm Exemption Numbers for Farm Exemption for residents of Texas. 8.25% sales tax. It is the buyer's responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from their inspection. All persons in attendance at this auction must be an adult. No one under 18 will be allowed on auction premises without adult supervision. No minors are permitted to bid in any auction. SiTE Auction Services is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against SiTE Auction Services or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
