Buyers Premium is 3% up to a Maximum Fee of $700 per lot. 

In order to buy online we need either a valid credit card #
or a letter of credit from your bank stating the amount that
you will be asking credit for.

 All items need to be removed and paid for within 1 week of sale day. Any items not paid after 5 business days are subject to Interest fees of $100 per lot per week plus 2% per month. Items not removed after 1 week are subject to storage fees of $5 per lot per day. 

NEITHER THE AUCTIONEER NOR THE OWNER ACCEPT ANY
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMMISIONS IN DESCRIPTION OR
CONDITION. ALL ITEMS SOLD ON A AS IS & WHERE IS BASIS. AFTER
