TERMS & CONDITIONS
This auction is being conducted by Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. by Order of or with Notice to the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. The auction is subject to court confirmation.
All items are being sold "free & clear" of liens.
All items are being sold "as is, where is".
Buyer is responsible for inspecting the equipment and to perform any and all research and due diligence prior to bidding.
Sales tax will be charged on all items unless you provide sales tax exempt documentation along with your payment.
A 5% online bidder fee will be charged.
Payment in full is due within 3 business days of court confirmation. Payment can be made by cash, check, or wire transfer.
Buyer is responsible for removing all of the equipment from the location. All items must be removed within (30) days of the court confirmation. The Buyer and/or his removal/rigging contractor will provide proof of insurance to the landlord and list him as additional insured prior to removing any items from the property. Buyer will be responsible for securing and properly terminating all plumbing and electrical lines remaining in the facility. The exhaust for the boiler will be removed from the ceiling down. The vent thru the roof and the cap will stay with the building to prevent leaks.
Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bidder registration or bid at our own discretion. Additionally, we have the right to cancel and/or re-open the auction in the case of any system failures.

Online bidding will open at 12 noon EST on 4/23/24 and end at 12 noon EST on 5/7/24. Auctioneers will be on location for inspection and preview on 4/23/24 from 10:00am - 1:00pm.
6.75% sales tax charged unless you have presented NC sales tax exemption 595E form.
Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for interruptions in internet bidding if this occurs.
