After over 50 years of supplying quality metal fabrication equipment and service throughout the United States, the owners of Eastern Tool, Inc. of Rocky Mount, NC have decided to retire and are closing their operations. They have chosen Country Boys to assist with the final complete liquidation all new fabrication equipment, used fabrication equipment, tooling, parts, tools, forklift, rigging equipment, trucks, and other items.
We have a brief listing below that highlights the larger items but there is simply no way to detail the enormity of the specialty parts inventory that includes all types of equipment repair parts, accessories, supplies, and so much more. This inventory has been built, maintained, and continued for the entire life of the company. It includes "new old" stock parts that are impossible to find, "new" parts for the latest model machines, and everything in between. The items also include new and used tooling, repair parts, replacement components... literally thousands of small items. We will also be selling all of the parts room shelving, racks, displays, office furniture, etc.

6.75% sales tax charged unless you have presented NC sales tax exemption 595E form. Sales tax not charged on titled vehicles. Boats are 3%
All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible, but do not warranty anything other than clear title. We have taken pictures to show everything possible. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all items. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items. A 5% buyers premium per item with a 1,000 dollar cap per item for internet bidders. Buyer is responsible for all items when you buy them. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". If we know something is wrong we will announce it.
Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for interruptions in internet bidding if this occurs. The live auction may not stop if we have problems. This has not been an issue in the past with Bidspotter, but it can happen with all electronics.
Payment Methods:
Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidders. All wires must be completed by Friday December 9th, 2022 at 5 PM. A 6.75% sales tax is charged on all purchases (except for titled vehicles) unless you have presented a proper NC sales 595E tax exemption form. If you buy a titled vehicle, you must e-mail mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information to transfer the title. Boats are 3% tax including out of state buyers. The vehicle can be picked up immediately upon payment. Titles will be transferred upon guarantee of funds. Titles will be guaranteed. No titles may be left open.
