Auction Date: Lots start closing on Monday, June 26th at 10:30 AM

2 Day Item Removal Schedule
Day 1: Tuesday, June 27th from 10AM-4PM DST
Day 2: Wednesday June 28th from 9AM-3PM DST
*Items not picked up by 3PM on Day 2 will be considered abandoned without recourse or refund. Sorry, but we lose access to the site at 3PM. Please arrange your labor & transportation immeditely to meet this deadline!
*You must bring the tools and labor required to safely & cleanly remove your items from the building. You are responsible for cleaning up any debris that is created during the item removal process.
Instructions to Request a Quote on Shipping Preparation or Shuttle to St. Louis Services:
Requests must be received immediately following the close of the auction by emailing service@bclauction.com for a quote on our fee to provide one of these 2 services.
For Shipping Requests, BCL Auction will PREPARE your items for pickup by a Carrier that you choose and schedule. You are responsible for providing us the Shipping Label in a timely fashion. We do not hire or schedule the Carrier, nor are we liable for any damages, so please purchase insurance to protect your shipmnet.
Please Note: *REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP BY YOUR CARRIER WITHIN THE POSTED SCHEDULE.
Payment Terms:
*18% Buyer’s Premium in effect for Cash Buyers. Credit Card Buyers will incur an additional 3% Credit Card Processing fee. Wire Transfers incur a $25 processing Fee.

You credit card will be processed for your purchase immediately following the close of the auction unless you email service@bclauction.com that you are paying by Certified Funds or Wire.
If you'd like to pay by Wire Transfer, the fee is $25 and funds must be received by noon on Day 1 of Item Removal.
