Alexander and Galloway Auction Company and/or seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held.  The purchaser is responsible for the approval of the import of the contract goods into the individual country. Notwithstanding the fact that import is rejected, the purchaser must fulfill the obligations of the purchase contract.

Whitworth Tool is not responsible for damages during loading.If buyer wishing to employ a rigging company, that is at the sole discretion of the buyer. .  Alexander and Galloway Auction Company and Whitworth Tool Inc. assume no liability while loading items from this auction.
