Growthland is offering a Delaware County Feed Mill for sale at public auction. Located in Greeley, Iowa, one block from Highway 38.This facility is currently operated as a feed mill and could also be used as a co-op satellite location, a feed mill or a home base for a large farm operation. This mill was last producing a pellet product for horses and could be restarted. The property will be sold with all equipment in place, including pellet mill, grinders, legs, spare parts, bulk bins and tanks. The warehouse is approximately 6,300 sq. ft. with five loading docks. The buildings and equipment located southwest of the property are on leased land and is included in the auction, but is to be removed within 90 days of the closing unless other arrangements can be made with that property owner. A boiler system heats the feed mill and is used in conjunction with the pellet mill in pellet production. The feed mill has multiple product bins.
