Most all Commercial Equipment has been in operation and used up to or within a few days of the Auction Dates. The Auction Company (UC Aasness Auctioneers LLC) or the PioneerCare make no warranties or guaranties on any items – Everything SOLD As Is -Where Is. We will however do our best to give you the information we have available on these items but again make no warranties or guaranties. PIONEERCARE LIBILITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & RELEASE

The undersigned acknowledges that all property at the auction will be purchased on an “as-is” basis and that the undersigned is responsible for all costs and expenses of removal of any property purchased at auction.  The undersigned hereby commits to remove purchased property from the premises during the designated removal periods. 

The undersigned hereby assumes full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, to the undersigned or the undersigned’s agents and employees, or of property damage to any property purchased by the undersigned, occasioned by the undersigned’s attendance at the auction (including inspection time periods) and subsequent removal by any party for any such property.

The undersigned hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Pioneer Home, Inc., the seller, their agents and employees (collectively, the “Releases”) from any and all injury, loss, liability, damage or cost the undersigned may incur, whether to the undersigned personally, to the undersigned’s agents and employees, or to any equipment purchased be the undersigned, arising out of the undersigned’s attendance at the auction (including inspection time periods) and/or purchase and removal of equipment, whether such injury, loss, liability, damage or cost may have been caused by the negligence of the Releases, or not. 

PURCHASES and REMOVAL

ALL PURCHASES – Online must be paid for at time of purchase either through Credit Card or Wire Transfer. Checks/Cash along with Credit Card will be available Onsite Only and again paid for day of Auction. 10% Buyers Premium Onsite/15% Online. MN Sales tax (7.375%) Applies. Please bring paid receipts when loading and checking out.

Purchases MUST BE REMOVED from PioneerCare by the end of October as demolition of Building will began. If Items are not picked up by the end of Oct they will be discarded. Brick/Building/Industrial/Construction Materials are included in this removal deadline unless other arrangements are made with PioneerCare Mgt.

Most Equipment can be viewed in working condition in preview times available. Commercial Equipment that is hooked up – PioneerCare Management will handle disconnect and from there removal is the buyer’s responsibility. Disconnect on Commercial Kitchen, Laundry and Bath related items will be available for pickup beginning on Friday Sept 29 and Industrial Items for pickup starting on Monday Oct 2^nd. Please Note: Boilers, Pneumatic system and Air Compressor will not be available for pickup until PioneerCare Staff is out of building (End of October). Please discuss with Brad if other reasonable arrangements are needed – for instance Wed Afternoon following Commercial Auction if you are a local buyer. Reasonable Only Please!!
