* An 18% buyer`s premium (“BP”) will be charged on all assets. The BP will be reduced to 16% for all on-site buyers if payment is made within 48 hours of sale close. There is no BP reduction for timely payment for online buyers.
* Valid State resale certificates must be on file with MNA prior to invoicing. No exceptions.
* Any item/lot not removed by MONDAY, JANUARY 14TH, 2018 shall be deemed to be abandoned.
