All participants are required to register prior to becoming an Approved Bidder. All Participants are required to give full name; permanent street address (P.O. Boxes will NOT be accepted or approved); phone number(s); email address, valid credit card and business name.

Subsequent to registration on BidSpotter, approval to bid is at our discretion.

Auction Firm will do all it can to represent items honestly and fairly based upon information given to them, but there is a possibility of error Rick Williams Auction Co. LLC  & The Rockhold Bank. is not responsible for errors or omissions in item descriptions. All terms, conditions, and disclaimers below are binding to all Bidder’s. 

By making a bid, Bidder accepts all terms and conditions of this auction and will be bound by them.

All property is sold “As Is” without warranty either expressed or implied by Seller, Auction Company or their representatives. Auctioneer may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on internet ads at the auction, but makes no representations. 

All items are open for public inspection and it is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, value or any other determinative factor of items for sale.  Auction lineup is a guide only. Auction firm reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots. 

Announcements made day of the sale take precedence over advertising but do not alter the terms and conditions of the sale.

A 4% buyers premium will be applied to all internet purchases. 

All internet purchases must be paid in full with all funds received by Rick Williams Auction Co. LLC by 10-30-18 @ 4:00 PM EST MP EXCEPTIONS!!! ($30.00 added to sale total for wire transfer). Purchaser’s on site must pay in full day of sale.   

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, personal or company check, if accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee. (4 % Convenience fee added to credit card payments)

All items must be paid in full before removal from premises.

All items must be removed by 11-23-2018 @ 5:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

This is a absolute auction, everything sells to the highest bidder.

The recording of sale and sales records kept by auctioneer and clerk will be accepted as final. 

Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder.

All announcements made auction day takes precedence over all written material. A bank letter of guaranteed funds is required when paying with a company or personal check. All sales are final and buyer is responsible for removal of equipment. This is an absolute auction.
