BY REGISTERING TO BID ON LINE, ALL REGISTERED BIDDERS ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) All potential bidding participants are required to register prior to becoming an Approved Bidder. Participants are required to give full name, street address (no PO Boxes); phone numbers, email address.  Approval to bid is based on the completeness of the information submitted and at the discretion of the Auction Company.]

2) Bidders by registering assume a legal responsibility to pay for lots sold to him with no exchanges, refunds, adjustments, or refusals. PURCHASERS ARE TO SATISFY THEMSELVES AS TO CONDITIONS, QUALITY AND DESCRIPTION OF LOTS BEFORE BIDDING.

3) All lots are offered AS IS, WHERE IS, and become the property and responsibility of the bidder at time of the sale. All lots to be sold as shown, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. All SALES ARE FINAL.

4) No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made by the auctioneer, concerning the accurace of description, genuineness, authenticity, or condition of lots.

5) Buyer premium is 13% ** New businesses - ask us about our 0% Buyer Premium Program **

6) Credit Card Convenience Fee is 3%

7) Sales Tax - If the buyer resides in the State of California, all State and Local Sales Tax will be collected.  If you have a valid Resale Certificate, Manufacturing Solutions Auction must have this document on file prior to invoicing.

8) Manufacturing Solutions Auctions are not responsible for accidents, damage or loss of any kind to bidders, persons online or their property. We cannot be responsible and assume no liability for the packing, loading or securing of merchandise to your vehicle or truck.

9) Manufacturing Solutions Auctions will be managing ALL rigging through Sermaq.  Fees are noted in each item.   

10) All purchases must be removed from the premises in the time allocated, as announced by the auctioneer.  ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVED ON OR BEFORE THE REMOVAL DATE SHALL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND WILL BE REMOVED AND SCRAPPED AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE

11) While quantities, description and specifications are believed to be correct, there are no guarantees and the auctioneers, owners, and advertising counsel will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies, inaccuracies or failure of merchandise to correspond with any standard expected. 

12) All sales in U.S. Dollars.

Payment Options:  U.S. Funds only!   Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Money Order.  All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours after completion of the Auction. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL.

Invoice:  Your invoice will be sent within 24 hours of closing of Auction

Payment: Payment is due within 48 hours after closing of Auction

Terms:  All merchandise is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". No warranties or guarantees.

Machinery Removal Dates:  All machinery must by removed by July 12, 2018.

 ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVED ON OR BEFORE THE REMOVAL DATE SHALL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. 

Trucking:  The buyer is responsible for setting up and paying directly to the trucking company any and all transportation charges.

Import Fees:  ** All machinery is located in Mexico.  The buyer is responsible to pay any and all tariffs, broker and import fees. Please do your due diligence PRIOR to bidding.

We have dedicated service technicians and riggers on site. SERMAQ will be handling all the rigging for this auction. Please contact them to set your pick up appointments at 52-664-299-0811.

 All prep, pack and rigging charges are listed under each auction item and will be added to your final invoice.

No outside service technicians or rigging companies will be allowed on the premises.
