Absolute Auction – All items will be sold to the high bidder regardless of price without minimums or reserves.
Buyer’s Premium: An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all high bids.
Cash Discount: A 3% discount will be given to all buyers paying cash or by bank wire transfer.
Sales Tax: A 7% sales tax will be charged unless we're presented with your sales tax exception number and form prior to or at time of registration.
No Warranties: All items are sold “as is where is” with all faults known and unknown, no warranties are expressed or implied. Any information provided by Maier Auctions is given as a guide only. All bidders are encouraged to inspect items in auction and make up their own mind as to condition and value.
Payment: All items must be paid in full within 48 hours the auction. We will accept and prefer bank wire transfer, cash, cashier’s check, credit cards up to $1000.00.
Inspection: All potential bidders are encouraged to inspect all items in the auction prior to bidding and to rely on their own due diligence as to condition and value prior to the auction. Call Mark at 912-661-1990 to schedule an appointment for preview. All items are still under power and working.
Load Out: Maier Auctions will assist with loading out to the best of its abilities, but buyers are ultimately responsible for disconnecting their items (if applicable) and loading out their purchases. No load out until after the auction is completed and over.
Rigging: There will be several items in this auction that will require a professional crane/rigging company to load out. These lots will have the pre-selected rigging company’s contact information and price to load out in each individual lot that is applicable.
Removal: All purchases must be removed by Thursday, March 7, 2019.
