- An 18% buyer`s premium will be charged on all assets. Onsite cash payments will not be accepted for online only auctions.
- A 6.75% state sales tax and 1.25% county sales tax will be applied as required. View complete sales tax rules.
- All bidders residing outside of the United States or Canada are required to submit via wire transfer a qualifying deposit of 25% of their total expected purchases. Deposit instructions will be emailed upon registration. Deposit must be received and confirmed prior to start of auction, and can take up to 72 hours to clear. Please register at least 3 business days prior to sale to allow sufficient time to process deposit.

- Attention: Due to onsite sensitivities and security concerns, all rigging and loading services will be exclusively provided by the rigging company listed below. No other companies, nor buyers, will be permitted to remove any items from the facility. Non-negotiable rigging fees will be assigned to each lot and the cost will be added to every invoice, payable to Hilco Industrial, LLC – please bid accordingly. Buyers will need to coordinate removal with Moonbeam. Please see the lot description or contact us at +1 248.238.7988 or info@hilcoind.com for further details. All buyers MUST schedule and coordinate pick up with Hilco/Moonbeam. NO UNSCHEDULED PICK UPS WILL BE PERMITTED!
- Hilco does not provide rigging or shipping services and is not responsible for any rigging or shipping issues.

- A buyer release form must be completed and supplied to Hilco personnel if someone other than the registered bidder is picking up auction purchases. They can be turned into Hilco personnel on site or faxed to our office at +1 616.732.7100.
