ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS, DANBURY DOES NOT PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE MOVING OR SHIPPING OF ITEMS

A Valid Credit Card is required to obtain a bidding number.  You must use a credit card when registering for the sale in order to receive approval to bid.  We will run a pre-authorization up to $500 in order to approve you for bidding.  (The pre-authorization will be held until we have recieved payment in full.) CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A METHOD OF FINAL PAYMENT UNLESS YOU ATTEND THE AUCTION SITE(CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS LIMITED TO $2,500).  Bidders not attending the site must pay by wire transfer.
 
Everything will be sold to the highest bidder, in accordance with the Auctioneers customary "Terms of Sale", copies of which will be posted on-site and subject to ADDITIONAL TERMS ANNOUNCED THE DAY OF THE SALE. All items will be sold "as-is" "where-is", without any warranties, expressed or implied.  Although obtained from sources deemed reliable, the Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the information herein contained.  Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the items on which they intend to bid prior to the sale.  Absolutely no items will be removed before the conclusion of the sale and payment is made in full. Buyers Premium for this sale will be 15% and there are no exceptions.  All applicable taxes will apply unless proper documentation is provided.

FAILURE TO PAY IN FULL OR REMOVE YOUR ITEMS BY THE DATE NOTED ABOVE WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE $500 CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD
