Surplus from SDSU including a Caterpillar order picker, vehicles, computers, monitors, lab eq, athleticware, Crouzet relays and switches and more!! PLUS some musical instruments (flutes, violins, guitars, trumpets, speakers etc.). Auction closes on Nov. 9 (Monday) at 11AM Pacific Time (San Diego time) = 1pm central time (bidspotter's clock). Additional viewin Nov 7, 10am to 4pm San Diego time. VEHICLES may be viewed at the SDSU garage located at Canyon Crest Drive, parking lot A. From Fwy 8 exit College av south, turn right (west) at the very first street, turn right to lot A, follow signs to view cars or drive east in that same parking lot towards the garage, they will help u. Vehicles will have to be picked up at this same location. Vehicles sold AS IS WHERE IS, some might not be in running condition, please inspect, as everything else, no refunds, no adjustments, you are bidding in AS IS WHERE IS condition, you have the opportunity to preview/inspect. More instruments will be auctioned on Nov 12. (Note: Deposit: When you register we ask for a credit card which we'll verify for $300 (good faith deposit). If you don't buy the charge will be void. If you buy less than the $300 the balance is credited to you).

By registering and participating in this auction, you, buyer, agree to the following terms and conditions as well as any changes announced at the auction.  In order to bid, you must register online and provide a valid driver’s license or other acceptable form of photo identification as well as a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Your card will be verified for the amount of $300, of course if you don't purchase the charge will be void. The $300 is a deposit, if you purchase less than $300 the balance will be credited. 
We require a minimum 25% deposit on your bids ($300 allows u to bid up to $1200). Additional deposit for purchases over $1200 will be charged during the auction. You will NOT be allowed to continue bidding if we can't charge additional deposits. Balance for payment in full will be charged when the auction is over.  15% buyer’s premium will be added to bid price plus sales tax (9.5%).
All items must be paid for in full prior to removal.  Removal upon conclusion of auction and during the following 3 working days, schedule to be announced. Removal is the buyer’s responsibility.  Items not picked up by due time will be deemed abandoned & your deposits will be forfeited.  The Auctioneer reserves the right to take sealed bids/phone bids, accept bids in any increment to the best interest of Sellers, and to reject the bidding from anyone whose conduct or actions are not in the best interest of Sellers.  The Auctioneer and Sellers reserve the right to add or delete merchandise without prior notice.  This catalog is prepared as a guide and we do not warrant the accuracy, description, age, count, etc. of any of the lots specified.  Neither seller nor Abamex Auction Company are or will be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise.  Everything is sold AS IS WHERE IS and all sales are FINAL.  Please inspect before bidding. Absentee bids and webcast/live internet bidding are provided as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against seller, Abamex Auction Co. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.  By participating at the auction, bidder warrants that bidder has the ability, capacity and authority to enter into an agreement to purchase the item and by being the successful bidder has entered into an irrevocable offer to purchase for the full amount of the bid plus buyers premium and sales tax. If any item is withdrawn from the auction after bidding has completed, the purchaser’s sole remedy shall be the refund of any purchase price actually paid. These Terms and Conditions, and all questions with respect to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. All bidders expressly consent to personal and exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the State of California located in San Diego County. Buyer agrees to pay all of Auction Co.’s attorneys fees arising from any claims to this agreement (regardless if there was a breach or not), and for any other actions disputing this contract. Everything is being sold as is where is without any guarantee. Buyer’s premium + sales tax will be added to all sales. Thank you for participating. Please bring copy of your invoice when you pickup or if you're sending a representative to pickup your purchases, they MUST have copy of your invoice along with a signed note from you authorizing a third party to pickup on your behalf.
