Auction Information & Partial Terms of Sale:

Bidding Closes: Wednesday, November 4, 2009, 4 PM ET

Items Located: Nashville, TN

Asset Inspections: All items are from the development and machine shops of an area fortune 500 company. No inspection is available.

Removal: Item removal needs be coordinated through Motley's & removed by Friday, November 13th.

Special Terms:
•	Seller to bring items to the loading dock and load onto buyer’s truck at the loading dock. Special packaging requests will be provided by approved USSTC contractors at Buyer’s discretion and expense.
•	Motley’s will coordinate all communication regarding buyer asset pickup requests.
•	Buyer responsible for all transportation costs of purchased items.
•	Buyer responsible for insurance of items once possession is transferred.
•	Buyer responsible for all Buyer’s premiums including 3% payable to the Internet Auction Host.
Motley’s Payment Terms: Payment is accepted by cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. No personal or business checks accepted without a Bank Letter of Guarantee on original bank letterhead (see sample below). Payment Due within 24 hours of closing bids. No Exceptions. Sample Bank Letter of Guarantee: This irrevocable letter of guarantee will guarantee checks made payable to Motley’s Auction & Realty Group and is issued to _________ (customer’s name) who is a customer of this bank. This bank will guarantee unconditional payment to Motley’s Auction & Realty Group on account #_______ up to the amount of $__________. 
Buyer’s Premium: A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged for each lot purchased. 
Handling Fee: A 3% handling fee is in effect. A discount of 3% will be applied for each account paid for on time according to Motley’s Payment Terms, and paid for by cash, cashier’s check, check with Bank Letter of Guarantee, or wire transfer
