Auction Starts November 17th, 2008 and ends December 6th, 2008 Online Auction Event Over 500 lots of Texas Stadium and Dallas Cowboys Memorabilia and Artifacts! All Item will be available after the 2008 football season. Winning bidders may pick up the item from the stadium or shipping arrangements at the winning bidders cost can be made.

SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS

1. Payment Terms – Only Cash, Wire Transfers or Cashiers Checks payable to Schneider Industries and Credit Cards will be accepted. Balance due within (5) Five Days of end of auction and prior to removal of equipment.

2.  10 Minute Rule - This auction has auto bid extension enabled. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes of scheduled auction end the auction end time will automatically extend by an additional 10 minutes. This continues with the new scheduled end time until no one places a bid before auction bidding deadline. Every time a bid is placed with 10 minutes or less left in the auction an additional 10 minutes bidding time is added until there are no more bids. This prevents sniping. Auctions can continue for many hours after announced end time.

3.	 Buyers Premium – A 15% Buyers Premium, a 3% Internet Fee. For Example should you win a lot for $100, your actual cost will be $118 ( Plus Sales Tax and Shipping if Needed)

4.	 All Sales Final – All Sales are final. No returns are accepted.

5.	Non- Payment By Buyer - In the event the purchaser fails to pay the whole of the purchase within the time set forth by the auctioneers and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale, the seller may retain and/or recover the deposit specified as liquidated damages and, in addition thereto, items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice.  Any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be paid to the auctioneers by the defaulting purchaser together with all charges, fees, and expenses incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation hereunder.

6.	Non- Delivery of Items - Auctioneers shall have no liability to the purchaser due to non-delivery of any item for any other reason than to return to the purchaser the monies deposited for non-delivered items. Example may be Damage in Removal or Missing/Stolen.

7.	Pick up of Items- Items must be removed from the premises within the removal time announced at the sale.  No item can, on any account, be removed before termination of the sale. Items with Paid invoices can be picked up from the stadium or shipped at an additional charge. After the 3 weeks from pick up date items not picked up will be shipped to the winning bidder at their expense unless other arrangements are made.

8.	Addition or Deletion of Lots - The auctioneer reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots, or to add to or delete lots at his sole discretion.  The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid which is only a fractional advance over the preceding bid.  The auctioneer or the owner may bid for one or more lots, either in their own names or through a representative or an agent to protect their interest.

9.	Auctioneer as Agent - The auctioneer, when acting as agent only, is not responsible for acts of its principals including reserves.

10.	Authenticity of Items - Schneider Industries and the Dallas Cowboys will provide all winning bidders with a letter of Authenticity of each item won. Schneider Industries and the Dallas Cowboys stand by the authenticity of these items and has documented with photos that these items are from Texas Stadium.
