Terms and Conditions

The AQHA World Show Sale  will be broadcast live on the internet via Professionalauction.com and HorseAuctions.com.  You may bid on and purchase horses over the internet in accordance with the following conditions:

1.  The Conditions of Sale and other information set forth in the 2008 AQHA World Show Sale Catalog also apply to online bidders.   Conditions of Sale and information on sale horses is available at www.professionalauction.com.
2.  Online and Absentee Bidders must register to bid by completing  the bidder registration form, and returning it no later than 11:00 a.m. EST, Tuesday,  November 11, to the Berryville, VA office of Professional Auction Services, Inc.
3.  A 3% (three percent) online buyers fee will be added to all purchases made through HorseAuctions.com.  This fee is in addition to any other fees that may apply, or as stated in the Conditions of Sale.
4.  Online Buyers must pay by one of the following methods:  
    a) A bank wire transfer to Professional Auctions Services, Inc. Custodial Account in an amount equal to or greater than the amount intended to bid.  
    b) An official bank check drawn on a bank in the United States in an amount equal to or greater than the amount intended to bid.  The check must be received by the Berryville, VA office of Professional Auction Services, Inc. no later than 11:00 a.m.EST, Tuesday, November 11, 2008.  
    c) A business or personal check, drawn on a bank in the United States, accompanied by a bank issued letter of guarantee, in an amount equal to or greater than the amount intended to bid.  The check must be received by the Berryville, VA office of Professional Auction Services, Inc. no later than 11:00 a.m.EST, Tuesday, November 11, 2008.  
5.  Online Bidders must make arrangements prior to the sale for board, care, and transportation of horse(s).
