SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS

1. Payment Terms – Only Cash, Wire Transfers, Company Checks or Cashiers Checks payable to EDC and Credit Cards will be accepted. Balance due within (5) Five Days of end of auction and prior to removal of equipment.

2.	 10 Minute Rule - This auction has auto bid extension enabled. If a bid is placed within 10 minutes of scheduled auction end the auction end time will automatically extend by an additional 10 minutes. This continues with the new scheduled end time until no one places a bid before auction bidding deadline. Every time a bid is placed with 10 minutes or less left in the auction an additional 10 minutes bidding time is added until there are no more bids. This prevents sniping. Auctions can continue for many hours after announced end time.

3.	 Buyers Premium – A 15% Buyers Premium, a 3% Internet Fee and a 10% Handling Charge is added to all winning bids. For Example should you win a lot for $100, your actual cost will be $128 ( Plus Sales Tax and Shipping if Needed)

4.	 All Sales Final – All Sales are final. No returns are accepted.

5.	Non- Payment By Buyer - In the event the purchaser fails to pay the whole of the purchase within the time set forth by the auctioneers and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale, the seller may retain and/or recover the deposit specified as liquidated damages and, in addition thereto, items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice.  Any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be paid to the auctioneers by the defaulting purchaser together with all charges, fees, and expenses incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation hereunder.

6.	Non- Delivery of Items - Auctioneers shall have no liability to the purchaser due to non-delivery of any item for any other reason than to return to the purchaser the monies deposited for non-delivered items. Example of Damage in Removal or Missing/Stolen.

7.	Pick up of Items- Items must be removed from the premises within the removal time announced at the sale.  No item can, on any account, be removed before termination of the sale. Items with Paid invoices can be picked up from the stadium for (1) One week after the auction. After the 1st week items will be shipped to the winning bidder at their expense unless other arrangements are made.

8.	Addition or Deletion of Lots - The auctioneer reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots, or to add to or delete lots at his sole discretion.  The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid which is only a fractional advance over the preceding bid.  The auctioneer or the owner may bid for one or more lots, either in their own names or through a representative or an agent to protect their interest.

9.	Auctioneer as Agent - The auctioneer, when acting as agent only, is not responsible for acts of its principals including reserves.

10.	Authenticity of Items - Schneider Industries will provide all winning bidders with a letter of Authenticity of each item won. Schneider Industries stands by the authenticity of these items and has documented with photos that these items are from Tiger Stadium.
