Terms & Conditions By registering and participating as a bidder in the auction, bidders agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 
1. Prior to bidding, please inspect and make notes on all items throughout the estate. AUCTIONEER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY TO THE GRADE OR QUALITY OF ANY ITEMS BEING SOLD!!!  Auction will be sold in walk-through fashion. Bidders are required to register in order to bid at the auction. 
2. A fifteen percent (15%) internet buyer’s premium will be charged on all items in the auction. 
3. Payment: All purchases must be paid for on auction day before you leave the auction site. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Cashier’s Check, Traveler’s Check, VISA, MC. All personal or company checks require a Bank Letter of Guarantee on bank letterhead. Auctioneer cannot verify checks. 
4. Although auction information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer and sellers make no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any item in the auction or the accuracy of information contained herein or announced by the auctioneer. Bidders should rely solely on their own inspection of merchandise and bid accordingly. Everything is sold AS IS - WHERE IS and without recourse. No returns or refunds. Any statement made by the Auctioneer or Seller regarding the equipment/merchandise should be used as a guide only. Any error in description does not relieve the buyer of their responsibilities. 
5. Removal: Auctioneer will be onsite for removal Saturday after the sale, Monday from 9-3 and Tuesday from 9-3! WE WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR REMOVAL ON SUNDAY!!!  Purchases must be removed by Tuesday, February 6th at 3:00 PM. Late check out will need to be arranged, and will be at the cost of the buyer. Items not removed by Tuesday @ 3:00 PM with no pre-made arrangements will be deemed abandoned! Please have your paid receipt on you when removing your purchases. Buyers assume all responsibility for removal, transportation and handling of their purchases. Buyers accept full responsibility for all costs incurred for removal. 
6. In the event of a tie bid, auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding between the bidders in question. Auctioneer also reserves the right to choose the increment of the bidding. Auctioneer is licensed by the State of Texas and covered by a Recovery Fund managed by the Texas Dept. of Licensing & Regulation. Announcements made auction day take precedence over previously distributed information regardless of the medium including addition and deletion of auction items.
Shipping is the resposibility of the BUYER.
